The elinoï start-up, specializing in recruitment, is publishing its third edition of the 50 start-ups where to apply for the coming year. Elaborated on the basis of interviews carried out before and after the recruitment of candidates in these start-ups, this selection is based on the alignment between the expectations of the employees and the real proposals of the companies.

This year, special attention was paid to the ability of young shoots to adapt to the upheavals in work caused by the health crisis: teleworking, flexibility, tools, team building, career plans, etc.

Created in 2017, elinoï claims to bring together 10,000 profiles and some 400 partner companies. It is based on a heterogeneous selection: the smallest company has 5 employees … the largest 1,700. Sectors and maturity levels also differ: from the start-up launched this year, to one that has more than ten years of existence, from FinTech to FashionTech, including human resources and data.
