Unbreakable Posture – The high level of energy and the belief that change is necessary must be permanent. Change must permeate the entire institution and needs pace and persistence.

Addressing transformation in any industry requires focus and deliberate effort, and leaders who follow these simple concepts are likely to see their transformation efforts succeed.
