Virtuous companies, start-ups with a positive impact, NGOs, associations that recruit, that's not what's missing. Still need to be able to identify them. Here is a selection of platforms where you can go hunting for your future employer.

1- Shift Your Job

Nearly 3,000 companies, associations and organizations identified as contributing to the energy-climate transition. Filter by sector (forestry, mobility, finance, etc.) and impact lever: energy efficiency, sobriety, CO2 storage, transition support, etc. This is followed by a presentation of the company, its website and its LinkedIn page. This directory is powered by volunteers from the Shift Project think tank.

2- BCorporation.fr

On this site, you will find 220 English companies labeled B Corp, that is to say engaged in business for good (heading: Community). You can search by sector, size, brand or name. There is also an international directory of B Corp, to consult on Bcorporation.net.

3- Makesense

This international association dedicated to social entrepreneurship references hundreds of companies, associations and impact cooperatives (Section: Discover companies). Brief presentation of each of them, key figures, photos or even videos, and a button to submit your unsolicited application. Practice !

4- The observatory of companies with a mission

This observatory makes it possible to identify more than 600 companies (mainly SMEs) having included in their statutes their raison d'être, their social and environmental objectives, and set up an internal and external control committee. Sorting is done alphabetically and by region.

5- Impact London Movement

It is the first employers' association dedicated to ecological and social transition, the equivalent of a “green and social alternative” to Medef. The site just indicates the name of the 1,000 member companies classified by region. It's up to you to continue the search.

6- Friday.cc

More than 200 companies trust this social start-up to raise awareness and involve their employees in CSR through skills sponsorship, mentoring, solidarity team-buildings, donations, challenges… The Testimonials section allows you to discover some of the some of these companies and their commitment. Otherwise, you will find them all with their logo only.

7-Ashoka

This NGO brings together more than 4,000 innovative social entrepreneurs (“Fellows”) around the world. 72 of them are supported from Station F in London, such as La Ruche qui dit oui, Enercoop, Voisin Malin, Mozaïk RH, Websourd… Each tricolor Fellow tells the story of his company and his career. Ability to consult the jobs of all Ashoka members.

8- Utopias

First tricolor company certified B Corp, it launched and carried the movement in London. Since then, she has supported companies in their CSR strategy and higher education schools in their transition process. All its references are visible in the Sectors section. Utopies also recruits its own talents and even publishes its salary grids.

9- South Coordination

The site lists nearly 180 English NGOs (Members section). The search is done by 17 areas of intervention. At the top: social action and the fight against exclusion, education/training, health, environment/climate. Each sheet presents the vocation and missions of the NGO, a link to its website and its contact details.
